occasional pain in stomach in right right

REspected Sir/Madam,

I have occasional pain in stomach in upper right direction particuarly when i sit down. I have kidney pain some months ago. but ultrasound shows nothing. i m suffering from this ocassionaly pain for 4-5 months. i feel pain when i bent down. i am always right while sleeping and standing.
help me!
