occasional spotting after menopause

I am paraplegic...58...stopped periods 5 years ago. Have been on bed rest for 8 months due to pressure sore. I moved into a house two weeks ago and have been very actived moving boxes, wheeling in and out of garage over 1.5" threshole, mopping floors and bending and scrubbing. Spotting occures about an hour after activity and stops completely if I do nothing. If I do nothing for days I have NO spotting. It doesn't show up on my chair cushion...just when I wipe...I have an appt on the 13th...could it just be over activity and lack of estrogren? I take NO HRT; never have and for many years they have problems with exams because of lack of elasticity.
Any thoughts?
