occiasionaly blood on toilet paper no blood in stool small bump on anus, my doctor said I dont have a hemroid so what could this be? I have stomach cramps and bloating. I'm female 19 years old

sometimes when you have blood on your toilet paper it is from straining and pushing a large peice through the hole. I am not sure what the pimple or bump, if you will, would be.
