off b/c, slimmy runny clear discharge and cramps

hi im 19 I was on birth control on and off for about 3 years I recently stopped in november so its been about 4 months I've had unprotected sex. for about the last month and a half I've been having a lot of runny watery discharge it doesn't have a bad odor and its clear or cloudy sometimes a little thick. my last period was on the 10th of feb my cycle is irregular because I stopped birth control but its usually about 30 days apart now im been having cramps for the last 2 days but with no blood now I have brown discharge what could the problem be?[/b]
