off of depro, had slight bleeding, missed period, now have v

i was very sexually active with my boyfriend so i had gotten the deprovera birth control shot. i only got one shot because i didnt have the money to go get the second one 3 months later. i didnt stop having sex with my boyfriend. while on the shot i had 3 weeks in the middle month where i had my period, which my doctor said would probably happen. about a month after the shot stopped working i was spotting everyday this went on for about 2 weeks and then slowly stopped. about 3 weeks later i had spotting again..it was a little heavier. during that time i had sex with my boyfriend and the bleeding immediately stopped and i havent had bleeding since. now i have a white odorless discharge, and my breasts are very sore. it almost seems like my pms symptoms, except for the discharge, which i have never had before. i read somewhere that this could mean that im pregnant. im planning on getting an exam next week, but i wanted to see if anyone could give me an idea of what this could mean.
