Hello! I'm 16 years old and I'm in panic. My left breast is leaking when I squeeze my nipple. That substance is yellow. What it can be? My friends also don't know anything about that. Please, somebody tell me what is happening when you have oily, yellow substance from your breast? Is it a sign of cancer?

You are too young to have a cancer! It looks like infections of the milk ducts. Also you are still in puberty and it can be some hormonal disbalance. Nipple discharge doesn't often indicate a serious disease. Anyway, I think that you should go to see a doctor. Or maybe you are pregnant?
