old cyst but new pain in right testicle

HI. way back in 1990 when i was 20 i noticed a small kidney bean sized cyst on tube on top of my right testicle. no pain, docs gave me ultrasound and said it was cyst and it was ok to leave. 17 years on cyst still same size, fathered 2 lovely kids, slight pain now and again over the years but usually went away after an few hours.

2007, two weeks ago i got a mild-medium ache in the same right testicle and its been here since. ive checked myself every month and other than that pain all seems same, no new bumps or swelling.

could it be ive got a cancerous lump inside my testicle that i cant feel?
could the syst have turned cancerous after all these years??
