Hi, I have noticed that some older children have troubles about accepting they are growing up and having genital organs developed. They are ashamed of themselves. And not realizing what is happening. How to help them?

The condition you are talking about is puberty, and every young being is affected by it. It is period in which teenagers are accepting that they are changing and becoming different. You can help your child by not pushing him to except your way of thinking. Not force him to do something, and try to see thing from child’s point of view. Their bodies are changing, girls get peruids and this all is strange and not easy to adjust to. In a few years when all changes are finished, your young man or woman will be a whole personality.
