Well, one can never say that. It all depends on your age, weight, diet and effort you put to it. If you take the pills and continue to sit in front of the telly, eat chips, then you are about not to see any effects.
If you modify your diet and do a little exercising, then you are about to benefit with or without the pills. Good luck!
However, it follows that if you eat a sensible diet and exercise while taking it you are much more likely to see positive results. No adverse effects were reported following its use. |
