| hey everyone. I just wanted to let everyone know that I've been taking these pills now for a little over a week. I can't tell if they're working or not, because I've been dieting and exercising too so I'm not sure if I'm losing weight because of that, or if the pills really are working. I think they may be helping because in a week and a half I've lost almost 5 lbs. A lot of people have said they have gotten sick, and I've NEVER gotten sick taking this product, nor have I had any unusual dreams. I think they key is to take the product in the morning WITH breakfast. I usually have some oatmeal and then take this pill and it gives me energy throughout my day. Anyone who has been having problems, I recommend doing this...it seems to be working. Good luck everyone! |

| I have been taking weight smart advanced for over 2 weeks, however I have been experiencing a change in the color of my bowels. I have lost about 3 lbs...which I think is great. I try it usually in the morning so I can get that jump start to exercise, making sure that I take it with food...preferably yogart..(apple sauce helps when my acid reflux is acting up) I also take lactaid and at least 8 ozs. of water. This helps to kept the bloating to a minimal. I take other medication as well, but I know until I started taking weight smart advanced I don't feel as weighed down especially when I exercise. I have been going more frequently to the bathroom, but that's a good thing cause I do believe along with drinking plenty of water, that it's cleaning the toxins out. I even concentrate better. Thank you for your many comments that helped me with being comfortable taking this vitamin. God bless and hope you achieve the healthy lifestyle that you are working towards. |

I have been using it for more than a week. I feel great, I am not sick or have insomnia, one thing I noticed, though, is that I don't feel hungry at all!
I just want to say that there is not enough information (if not any) on the box and how it should be used or what are the side effects, that needs to be addressed with the manufactory... |
