I am 22 years old and i have been sexually active but not recently. my vaginal lips started to itch so i thought it was a yeast infection but it wasn't. i got a mirror and looked to see what it was and i saw this pimple on my vaginal lip. i started to feel it and the started to bother me more. i was just wondering what should i do to get rid of the itchiness and get the pimple itself to go away.

They're heat bumps not pimples, there are some people you see with them on their legs. They infect and get puss inside. pop them clean and use anti-bacterial soap and they'll go away. keep the vagina shaved so there will be less heat around ur vagina.
