one reddish pimple on underside of shaft area

i had sex with a girl about 5-6 months ago. i used a condom through most of it but then took it off and had intercourse for another 5-6 seconds. i haven' seen any problems until a couple days ago. a couple of days ago i noticed a very small reddish thing that looked like a pimple on the underside of my shaft. i admittedly touched it a lot b/c i was curious. the next day it seemed a bit bigger. now it seems a little smaller. what could it be. and just to reiterate there is only one. and there is a pubic hair really close to hit that crowds over it. it has become much more noticeable now. what could it be? will it go away?
