hello,i am 30 male,these last 1 month im feeling one strong heartbeat in my neck and chest,and then it goes normal.my heartbeat is 70bpm.the most will happen after eating.i am 93kg at the moment.can you pls givw me some advice because im scared of the problem.thanks
