Hi. I've been experiencing dizziness, vomiting, nausea, extreme fatigue, sometimes extreme insomnia, lack of motivation, easily full since last August. This is April. None of my doctors can figure it out. I've been to an ENT, Neurologist, Family Doctor. I'm not pregnant. At first they blamed my diabetes but it's been ongoing for six months now so they ruled that out, plus now my liver is failing and as of this morning there is blood in my urine.
