My new boyfriend had a heart transplant 5 years ago and is doing wonderful. I would like to know if he can perform oral sex on me or is it something he shouldnt do because of his immune system?

my boyfriend has had his transplant heart for 11 years. He hardly ever wants sex.... I kind of wonder if it has to do with the possible side effects of his medicine. It's not like I'm not hot or anything. I'm a horny 20-year-old. He once turned me down in lingerie because he was "too tired"...

First of all, whether or not your boyfriend would experience those side effects depend on the the type of medication (names?). Secondly if your "not hot" and in lingerie, then it might not turn him on. Thirdly, why would it even be remotely important that your horny and 20? Anyway in response to the original posting you should be alright just practice good hygeine. If your that concerned then I would suggest seeking the advice of a professional because evidently quality advice can't always be achieved through the internet.
