Hi everybody. I would like to start doing some exercises, but as I was not much active so far, I would like to by one good exercise machine suitable for me. I’ve recently heard for orbitrek. What do you think of it?? Is that just another exercise fad? Also, if I buy it, how much time will I have to spend on the it to get results? Thanks.

I don’t think that it is just another exercise fad as you put it. Elliptical exercisers are quite revolutionary answer to the problems posed by earlier workout machines. They simulate the way nature intended your body to move producing supposingly good exercise. Also, a workout of any amount time should produce results – if and only if it is done consistently. Anyway, I think that daily 30-minute workout should be more than enough.
