orgamiming after urination

I for the last two days have been having to urinate ever 15-20 mins. And right after i finish my body goes what i think is a sever orgasim. It's border-line painful. I'm also bleeding just a bit like spotting but i had gotten off my period about a week ago. I'm scared of whats happening and would like to know if anyones felt like this or have had problems like this.
