Hello. I'm 20 year old male and I can tell that my self confidence definitely isn’t my strong side. Why I'm saying all this?
About three months ago I become sexually active for the first time in my life and it is marveling. I can't really put it into words. I'm having orgasms at least three times a day but my girlfriend is having problems with her orgasm.
She is a bit younger then me and never really experienced an orgasm. She has never mentioned this to me but I'm starting to feel guilt. Am I doing something wrong? Is there anything I could do to help my female partner to have an orgasm?

Trust me- I perfectly know how you are feeling right now because it has happened to almost anyone. I will tell you some facts about all this that will definitely calm you down.
Some women seem to have an incredibly difficult time reaching orgasm during intercourse and some can't reach it at all and you can't really do anything about it. There are two types of female orgasm- clitoral-during stimulation of clitoris and vaginal-during intercourse.
Problem with female orgasm is that it isn’t “mechanical” thing like with men. You must remember some things- for many women- intercourse isn’t like to produce an orgasm. Great majority of women need some additional stimulation performed by hand or mouth.

| I only orgasm when I am on top and this frustrates my boyfriend. What things can I do to be able to orgasm in other positions. |

It is so normal that you are reaching orgasms when you are on top. This is my and many other women’s favourite position because this is the only way clitoris is being stimulated and it is actually stimulation of clitoris that leads us to an orgasm and excitement in the first place. Clitoris in females is an equivalent to male’s penis.
So, it is not penetration into vagina that makes us crazy and reach orgasm but the stimulation of clitoris. Being on top is the best way for this.
However, I can cum even when he is penetration but it depends from woman to woman.
He could also come from behind ( any position-lying, standing, on knees, etc), penetrate your vagina from behind but stimulate your clitoris with his fingers. That is also great!
If he like to be on top, then you could stimulate clitoris yourself while he’s into you.
By the way, in my opinion…..and I shouldn’t out my nose in it… I know……but……I don’t think your boyfriend should be frustrated over these things, first it’s natural, second….his only concern should be that you reach it and enjoy it and not to get frustrated over positions. Isn’t he enjoying you on top? |
