HI. I’m planning to start using birth control and I’m wondering which pill is the best. Does anybody here have any suggestions?? I’m 23 years old, healthy and in good shape. I also workout almost every day. Thanks.

I'm on orthotricycline and it works just fine for me. I experienced no problems apart from heavier period first two days – it then gets pretty light for another day or two. I did not try any other pills. I hope this helps.
