outer vaginal lips

I have a few lumps on my outer vaginal lips some days I can go all day and not be bothered by them other days they itch like mad...and I my lips swell...they do not hurt ...there is no discharge from the lumps no scabbing just pea size lumps that itch.

It could be a couple of causes of your lumps but of course, they depend on certain factors.
Are you a sexually active person, do you shave the area, do you use harsh soaps or other possible irritants, what your hygiene’s like, etc

It good be herpes if you are sexually active and had sex with someone who had a breakout. If this is the case, you need to see a gynecologist and get tested. Herpes usually causes several lumps but it could be one as well.

If you are shaving, these could be inflamed ingrown hairs called folicules which were infected by bacteria and may go on their own or may need antibiotics.

It could be yeast infection, which is not an STD but does infect vagina and vulva and causes itchiness. You may experience redness or maybe even a discharge from your vagina.
It could be cysts. No one but a doc (gynecologist or dermatologist) could tell you what it really is and they are the ones who could prescribe you a proper treatment.

i am currently experiencing somewhat of the same thing right now. i am sexually active and i do shave. its been about a week since i've been irritated down there. and its been about a week and a half since i shaved.

it is a scary thought thinking that you may have an std. i went to the std clinic in may and only gave me an aids test. luckily that came out negative. as far as to things i've been experiencing, things worth being paranoid about she seemed so certain that it was other things but an std. i am still very paranoid because i didn't get the reassurance i wanted from the doctor. possibilities were it could be feminine diaper rash, ingrown hairs, razor burns, yeast infection, irritation, stress...and a few others...

at first i started out being irritated down there, followed by itching, some moistness, and mild mosquito like bumps. the bumps weren't pertruding or anything like a wart. there's no crusting or odor or discharge. now the bumps kinda look as if it has a cut at its top. its also a little whitish as if skin is growing back where the bumps are. kinda like the way you get those white skin bubbles on your feet or hands after being in water too long.

i am curious to know what it is. i am very paranoid hence screen name..i am praying to death that it isn't anything serious. hopefully it was just my dull razor....hope everything turns out okay for you

MY pubic area itches, sometimes I'll scratch so hard skin will peel ands it turns red and I have this one stupid bump it's the second time it appeared, it doesnt look like a blister doesn't hurt just an oversize pimple I hate it, I sliced it but I made it worse now I have a cut down there, it doesn't hurt when I pee no discharge. I've seen my doc and they tested my regular discharge and said it was clean of everything I was worried to have lice but they said I would see them they just looked I don't know if there's more to examine, since I told them how I'm a virgin, but somethings wrong if there is then I've been raped, and if so then how can I go on knowing I have an STD, been raped and will never find a love of my life to accept me. HELP! Laughing

i remember i was about 28 and i was seeing this guy, that was aliitle bit older than me.
he seemed very clean, he was so handsome and had a gorgeous body.
all th girls wanted him and he was mine for a few weeks, until i had sex with him.
by the way the sex wasn't that great, but wasn't bad either.
about a week later, i was itching like mad, i couldn't stop. i asked one of my married girlfriends, and she told me if it wasn't pubic lice it would be thrush.
as it turned out it was thrush, and he had given it to me.
even though i got the cream for it, it kept coming back every so often, especially if i slept with someone new.
went to the doctor, he gave me the cream and pills to take, gave my current lover of the time a cream, and have never had it since.
