I had sex while on my period and got irritated from it but the irritation went away however I have a small rip or cut just above my vagina and when I try to look at it or wash it it rips more. It scabs over but when I take a shower and wash it reopens. It doesnt smell, itch, or discharge anything but it does burn to touch and when it gets wet. I use dove bar soap and havent shaved it for a while so if it was irritation I expected it would be gone. I do not have health ins or the money to see a doctor please help.
