ovarian cancer symptoms

Hi there! recently I have been getting sicker and sicker I just recently met my birthmother and found out she had ovarian and cervical cancer and her mom died of stomach cancer.anyways I have been experiencing some extreme bloating and weight gain when I shouldn't be.I have pain and tightness down there and my periods seem to be worse than ever I'm just wondering..cause 4 concern?
