Actually, it isn’t. The most common ovarian cancer symptoms are: vaginal bleeding and discharge although the bleeding is not menstrual but it would be breakthrough bleeding-appears when your period id not due, abdominal swelling and bloating, pain during intercourse, urinary problems, back pain, problems breathing, gastrointestinal problems, abdominal fullness, etc
There could be many reasons of secondary amenorrhea (no periods for at least 6 months), some of them include sudden weight gain or weight loss, use of certain drugs, extreme exercising, prolonged anxiety and stress, etc
Depending on your underlying symptoms, your doc may suspect certain disorders. If you have never been pregnant, a doc may perform an endometrial biopsy to check the uterus or other tests, most of them hormonal. |
