i was getting bleeding between my periods and this is the first time i had bleeding between the period..my gyn took eco and told that the bleeding is bcoz of ovary swelling...i want to know more information on ovarian swelling....please help me!!!!am trying for pregnancy.....

on 7th(yesterday) i got periods and today i went to doctor...chked and told tht i have a small cyst on my right ovary which is 3 cms...he gave me pills to reset my periods as they were irregular...and told tht the cyst will disapppear....Anyone know any information about ovarian cyst of 3cm.....advises and suggestions are most welcome!!!
