ovary pain and constant bleeding after tubaligation during periods

had a tubaligation done in Mexico at the end of 06 and periods have been bad since. now having bleeding lasting longer sometimes two weeks. having bleeding after any exertion. now have been bleeding for a month. severe pain in the ovary, tube area. the doctor wants to check uterus, but pain is at the ovary. what can be done to stop this? will a reversal tubaligation cure this problem?
