ovary pain/strange creamy discharge after bowl movement

after getting my first uti i've been trying hard to pee before and after sexual intercourse. sometimes i still get a burning sensation when i urinate so i take cranberry pills to clean my urinary track.

after my last menst. cycle i had a slight itch and what seemed to have been small globs of discharge in the toliet paper...
i had told my mom about it [she doesnt know i'm sexually active, but i'm 20 so it doesn't matter if she knows or not] and she said that i might have a yeast infection. But symptoms went away and so i ignored the fact.
the other day after i had finished the #2 i noticed that my vagina was discharging some off white creamy discharge. it doesn't seem to smell much but i've also been having lower back pain and my right ovary gland doesn't seem to happy with me. i've also been getting more headaches than usual and my stomach doesn't feel normal

also during sex i had some discharge with blood on it. not enough to be freaking out about it, but enough to stain the condom.

I have yet to go see a gyn and i am hopefully going to see one in the next two weeks but if anyone can help me ease my mind on what could be going on it would nice
