over due and feeling flu like symptons

Hello I am officially over due and no sign of labor any time soon.
I have started to feel flu like symptons...achy muscles all over, stomach feeling sick, chills and a headach like I am gettinga fever.
Should I be worried and go to the hospital?
if my fever gets worse what should I do? I am scared something is wrong with the baby.
