Those last four days I feel pretty weird with this overheating and mild fatigue and though I am still at work I don't manage to work effectively though I don't have no fever just sticky or runny nose and watery eyes but my biggest problem this days is this overheating and fatigue I simply feel like I have stayed out of strength and energy and am not able to walk either. I wonder what this could be for I never felt this way before and now I am pretty much concerned over this overheating and fatigue.

I don't think it is nothing that serious it is more likely to be simple common cold for one of its main symptoms are overheating and fatigue accompanied also with some other common cold signs like runny nose and watery eyes and usually it is not followed by fever but you still needs some rest so try not to go to work these days in which manner you would escape also infecting your colleagues. Anyway if this overheating and fatigue condition is about viral common cold there is nothing special you could do except to wait for it to vanish and it usually takes about a week but if it persists afterwards then it is about bacterial upper respiratory infection and in that case you would probably be prescribed some antibiotics.
