I don't think it is nothing that serious it is more likely to be simple
common cold for one of its main symptoms are
overheating and fatigue accompanied also with some other common cold signs like runny nose and watery eyes and usually it is not followed by fever but you still needs some rest so try not to go to work these days in which manner you would escape also infecting your colleagues. Anyway if this
overheating and fatigue condition is about viral common cold there is nothing special you could do except to wait for it to vanish and it usually takes about a week but if it persists afterwards then it is about bacterial upper
respiratory infection and in that case you would probably be prescribed some antibiotics.
