You said you have polycystic ovary syndrome. I dont know much about it but it must keep you from exercising to your fullist. So instead of focusing on exercising focus on eating better. Watch your drinks. Drink lots of water. Switch from whole to nonfat or low-fat milk. Try reducing the size of the portions you eat and giving up regular soda for a week or something else. Stop eating when you're full. Avoid eating when you feel upset or bored. When your bored try exercising even if its a little. Stick with it Very Happy good luck hopes this helps

Hi there! What have you tried?
I am 25 years old and have recently been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome after suffering great pain in the pelvic region and loss of periods. However, I am not overweighed YET.

I was advised to increase amount of fiber in my nutrition and start exercising regularly.

I was also given synthetic estrogen & progesterone bc pills.

Did you work with a doc on your diet or did you do it by yourself? What kinds of treatment did you undergo?

I would like to hear from you and your experience with this disorder because I am new to all this. Thank you

We represent "Unauthorized Ad", an on-line company supplying customized vitamin supplements to the USA. We hope this information may be of interest to you.

Dr Balch's nutritional team has created a weight loss natural formula designed to work alongside a healthy diet and regular exercise. Components have been added to promote fat burning processes. Protection and supplemental nutrition is provided with botanicals and a complete multivitamin complex. The amino acid L-Carnitine may be helpful for weight loss because of its role in fat metabolism. Studies have shown that Conjugated Linoleic Acid reduces the percentage of body fat in exercising people although other studies have shown no effects. Cayenne increases blood circulation and promotes secretion. Supplementation with Calcium aids weight loss in overweight people consuming a low-calorie diet in 3 to 6 months. Green Tea Extract may support a weight-loss program by increasing energy expenditure or by inhibiting the digestion of fat in the intestine. A Complete Multivitamin Mix provides basic support to the body with most essential nutrients even when you are on a very low calorie diet. L-Glutamine promotes the synthesis of glutathione, an important antioxidant in the body which protects the body during the weight loss process.

Dr. Balch works with "Unauthorized Ad" to provide custom-made natural remedies for anyone who wants an all-in-one daily supplement that addresses all their health concerns, as well as providing the vitamins and minerals needed for optimum health and wellness.
