oxicontin and morphine

I am a nurse and have a patient that has been prescribed oxicontin and also oramorph for break through pain, I'm not sure but think I read somewhere one counters the effect of the other, is this the case? thanks

I haven't found any interactions between these two drugs but you better have it checked with the doctors.
