oxycodone 5 mg vs oxycodone 5 mg/375

I have been taking both oxycodone 5mg (small white pill) post surgery/and sometimes am prescribed 5mg/375 (larger white pill). for pain as well. One seems to work faster than the other. Is there a big difference?

one is just 5mg of oxycodone. the other has the same but with an added 375mg of a pain reliever (probably aspirin), making it larger.
