At the beginning of my ovulation I soaked a tampon , that was 5 days ago and now im still having a show of blood when I wipe after using the restroom. Im felling irratiably, trouble sleeping and some what nauseated and painful cramping on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most painful a, 5

That sounds very painful, I am sorry you are dealing with this.

Some women will have benign cysts on their ovaries, and when they ovulate, these cysts will rupture. This can cause pain and bleeding.

Naturally, many women will have some spotting and crampiness during ovulation, but you seem to have had an especially hard time this cycle.

I would say get an exam to check and see if you have cysts, or other problem.
