pain during masterbation and bleeding during sex

Last year I would suffer from pain after masterbating.After going to the doctor I learned that I had a severe yeast infection. He put me on medication (the cream) with 11 refills. He also did some sort of procedure which he froze my cervix and killed all old cells in the cervix so that new ones could develope. Afer the prodedure there was no pain after masterbation.I'm not good with creams,so the medicine the doctor prescribed did not work effectivly because I did not take it as prescribed, but I felt better. I stopped having sex last year in 2005 around December. I have not had sex in 8 months and I'm still having abnormal yeast discharge, just not as bad. I just started having sex agian (after 8 months) But every other time my boyfriend and I have sex I bleed. I dont know why! Could I still this severe yeast infection? Do you think it is causing me to bleed during sex?
