pain during pregnancy

I am trying to find out if this is normal. I had a miscarrige at about 3 weeks and got pregnant again only 10 days later and now am 3 months but worry day in day out because i have pain in my lower left side and my right but i have a lump on my right overy. could this be constipation or just streaching or more serious i have had two ultrasounds just one 2 days ago and the baby is healthy and growing the way it should there is a heart beat and the pain goes away it is there some times thien goes away. some one let me know if this is normal it is my first and i am not very big can it just be my body ajusting?
