pain during sex but no signs of infection

hi i hope someone can help as i am very worried
i came of my period last week and felt like i had a yeast infection, but i dont think it is, it is painful to have sex, itchy and it feels like a small "patch" inside my uretha, like i have cut myself inside??

i am really worried that it might be something serious i dnt have pain when passing urine, no discharge, no blisters/sores

what could this be ? does it mean my boyfriend has cheated on me?

It doesn’t necessarily mean that your boyfriend cheated on you. You need to see a gyn to figure out what was happening.

Urinary tract infections usually do hurt during urination and there are usually some additional symptoms.

STD may hurt and not show any symptoms, but it doesn’t necessarily mean you contracted an STD.

The only way to figure it out is to see a doc!
