In the past two or three weeks, on three separate occasions, I have had pain in both arms simultaneously when standing and walking after lying down for a few minutes. No chest pain or any other notable symptoms, just pain in both arms for 2 or 3 minutes, stopping only after lying back down for a few more minutes. What might the cause be?
