HI, I am only fifteen and recently I got constant hunger and nothing I eat seems to fill up my appetite. There is occasional sharp pains in my left hips and upper left lungs[ribcage or in the ribcage, i am not sure] and my left eyelids keep twitching... i tried finding the whole of internet for it but nothing fits the description, does anyone know what kind of illness or disease is this?

I'm no doctor so I'm probably wrong, though you should get checked out, those all seem like symptoms of having worms, Shocked Flatworm come into your body through raw, or undercooked meat, and then nestle in your lungs until they can make larvae, which goes down your intestinal track and lives from the nutrients off of your intestine's wall. Making eggs would be the lung thing, and being hungry would be the nutrient sucking.

but there is a high chance I'm completely wrong, having no medical backround whatsoever.

If I am right, don't panic, parasites are easier to fix than most diseases, your doctor will probably jsut subscribe you to anti-biodics to take daily or something.

Good luck

Hi,
I've recently been diagnosed with Vitamin B12 deficiency and nerve shock (sudden sharp pains in one side of the body) and eye twitching are two of the symptoms. Check out this website and see if it helps. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_B12_deficiency
