I'm no doctor so I'm probably wrong, though you should get checked out, those all seem like symptoms of having worms,

Flatworm come into your body through raw, or undercooked meat, and then nestle in your lungs until they can make larvae, which goes down your intestinal track and lives from the nutrients off of your intestine's wall. Making eggs would be the lung thing, and being hungry would be the nutrient sucking.
but there is a high chance I'm completely wrong, having no medical backround whatsoever.
If I am right, don't panic, parasites are easier to fix than most diseases, your doctor will probably jsut subscribe you to anti-biodics to take daily or something.
Good luck
