pain in left side abdomen n diarrhea

i had this anal region pain n left side un noticable abdominal pain since abt last year or so .its not localised .no tenderness.no fever.nausea n vomiting associated with it.i smtime notice a little blood with my stool when m constipated.n tear like feeling inside at the anal region while defecating.as abt the constipation n diarrhea its on n off .my diet is ususlly rice..tell me smthing abt it?

i hv the same problem please do let me know if u still hv the same problem and if not den how did u cure it cuz i hv done colonoscopy and now goin for my cat scan and i hv the same symptons u do so please help me out wth this pain and diarehha......ill look forward for ur reply....thanx
