pain in my testicle and leg

Dear Sirs,

I would like to inform you about my situation, because i need some opinion.
I've been having some testicle pain i my right one,and discomfort for some time, but I've haven't noticed any lump or swelling on it. Except on my right testicle on the bottom the capillary that go in to the testicle are like a little bunch when compared with the other testicle. Also the pain and discomfort are occasional and sometimes I feel pain through my right leg but not the testicle!! Please give me some tips or info of what can it be!?
