pain in right side could it be my kidneys

Im am 33 ive had a pain in my right side from just below my rib cage which extends to the front of my stomagh and some times lower in my abdomen. it started bout 3 months ago my period was late i took a pregnancy test and came up positive the doc had me rushed to hospital for a scan for an atopic ive already had 1 of these so it freaked me out completely they done a pregnancy test and it was negitive so a scann was unnessesory. my period came 2 days later,ive had the pain since and now my period is 2 weeks late we are tryin for a baby so this is quit stressful i took 2 pregnancy test and went to the doc she took 2 samples a urine sample for the pain wich came back clear and a blood test for the pregnancy which is not back yet it doesn feel like an atopic...
