pain in right side in my digestive system

I am 17 years old, and I'm having pain in my lower right side of quadrant and its like i get hard stools, and i have shortness of breath, fatigue, little pain in my back side of the ring side of quadrant. My stool doesn't contain any blood or anything. Do you think i have colon cancer? or it is possible it is some other disease? I do not have any history of colon cancer in my family. The problem is i do not have health insurance and i'm worried what should i do.

Sounds like gal bladder to me. I suffered with gal stones for a year before docs figured out what it was and by then I had to have my gal bladder remove. The pain was absolutely the most intense I have ever felt (even labor pains weren't as bad). Surgery is out patient and pretty simple. Talk with your doctor. You may need to bring it up b/c it doesn't seem to be something my docs even thought about.
