I have the exact same problem. I have been to the gastro specialist. Irritable Bowel was the diagnosis, but I don't believe it is correct.

Myself and one of my friends are in the same situation and have tested negative to both salmonella and c-diff, so the conclusion was Irritable Bowel but neither of us think that is what it is.
