i always experience a severe pain in my left side ovary when menstruting. when i started this process, i was not encountering any pain but it all started a year back.

am worried and i dont know what can be the causes of this. can you help me please.

I have bad pain during my cycles because of a cyst on my ovary. The doctor can check for this during a regular pap test or by using an ultra sound. You should definately have a doctor check it out.
