i have pain in my left testical in my vasdeferens and my epididymis

It sounds like an infection to me. Not just like any infection but bacterial infection of the epididymis. I had it once and it hurt like crazy. I don’t know if you have any other symptoms but mine didn’t just stop at pain.
My testicle (also left) got swollen and I developed a lump. I freaked out immediately.

The morning when I went to the doc’s, I developed fever…I was a rack and in so much pain. The doc gave me antibiotics and the symptoms settled soon but I had to take antibiotics for quite some time.

However, my brother-in-low had pain in the same area when he was found varicocele. It is some kind of disorder with dilated veins and insufficient blood flow. It causes infertility is some cases. You may wanna have it checked. I think it is vas deference that gets dilated in this condition but I am not sure.
