| please help i started having constipation problems i now have to take small micralax enemas every few weeks now i have pain in abdomen area it comes and goes and feels like an ache then stabbing pains i now feel tired and sick through out the day and i am really worried i am only 14 please help me! |

| Constipation can cause abdominal pains but you better report this to your parents and see a doctor to check for your other symptoms. |

Have you tried Mineral Oil Enemas it saved my life !!
I know how you feel ,I got chronic constipation at age 14 also,so bad it turned into mega-colon,diverticulitis,impacted intestines,and anal tears.
My problems began from poor diet(too much cheese,pizza,junk food,and no fruit-,over years it made a sludge in my tummy that was like cement.
Then I started high school and got the cant go potty in public syndrome,causing me to hold it in over 3-4 days at a time .I was constantly getting humiliated about it at home too,for whenever I went the toilet overflowed .I was made to fetch the plunger to plunge it myself.
I thought it would go away ,but it only got worse,large,dry,baseball bat sized poops,every 3-4 days that felt like a brick coming out.
I kept it to myself as long as I could ,but by December of 9 th grade,I was bleeding from my anus ,and when my mom washed my undies one day she seen a trail of blood in them ,and dragged me to the doc ASAP !!
well this was back in the 197os and research and treatment options were not so advvanced back then..
After some tests ,doc said I had all those problems at 14,but I had the colon of a 50 year old man.He said the main probblem was blockage from years of caked on sludge from junk food,and it shrunk the width of my insides severly.Doc said since it had developed over years and years of time,it would take years to completely all get removed.
T'he doc then went out and told the nurse something I couldnt hear exactly what,but in 2 minutes she came in the room and told my mom to watch the treatment she was going to give to me,because the doc was recommending this every week -A FLEET MINERAL OIL ENEMA -,Id never seen an enema before ,but now at 14 I had to get one from a nurse .I t was twice as embarrassing because my mom was right there to observe it.
it was up on the exam table on all 4s ,while the nurse showed my mom to use lube EVERY TIME because I had anal tears ,that could bleed if punctured.Also the nurse told my mom that I was NEVER TO GIVE THE ENEMA TO MYSELF!!Because if the enema nozzle went in at the wrong angle,it could cause rectal bleeding very easily !!!
Well after the nurse did it and I was allowed to expel ,I felt like a new person,it melted out of me softly as ice cream,and I felt much emptier than ever before !!!!!This was the answer to my prayers ,so every week I had to go thru the embarrassment of having my mom give the enema to me ,but the relief it brought was worth it!!
It took 7 years to finally disolve all the gunk in me away,I lost about 25 pounds too(even though I wasnt oveweight-.John Wayne was carrying 42 pounds of fecal matter in his guts when he died ,it was discovered at his autopsy.If only he had known !! |

Id recommend taking Weekly FLEET MINERAL OIL ENEMAS,to break down whats causing you constipation,it will take 2-3 months ,but it will help you a lot .
Also hold these Mineral OIl type enemas in for longer than the saline type youve used before,at least 5-7 minutes,since its a much thicker solution it takes longer than saline enemas |
