hi, as of recent, i seem to have developed this pain in my urethra that is only present when i'm erect. ive even woken up in the middle of the night due to the pain in my urethra, usually having to urinate as well. there is no discharge, and i havnt had sex in about a month and a half, would anyone have any advice or ideas?

My son also has urethral pain, and no one has been able to find a cause. Have you found any answers, ideas or advice? He is an adult, and the pain is getting progressively worse. Has seen 3 urologists, and they can find no cause or treatment.
