pain,inside the groin,left side of penis,during ejaculation,no problem in urination

Hi There,
I am male,42,healthy.I have been noticing since about six months,when ever I ejaculate,feels like there is a tube,just before the urethra,on the left side at the base of the penis(inside the tummy)which gets stiff & aches as I ejaculate.There is absolutely no pain,burning or itching,before or afterwards,or any other time except during ejaculation.There is no problem with urination,either with frequency or retention.In the last month or so the pain has lowered,but still there,or perhaps I have got used to it???
If you look at the penis,standing in front of me,the pain area will be like,3 O clock position on a wall clock.Hope I make myself clear.

Ask your doctor to check to see if you have an Inguinal hernia. After 32 years of wasting my time I went and saw an Ayurvedic doctor and he said I had an Inguinal hernia I went and had it checked and there it was.
