pain when having a bowel movement whilst menstruating

Ladies, I am right there with you. I have had a lap and a colonoscopy and neither gave a reason for my intense pain and discomfort. This also started after my 2nd daughter was born via c-section. I am also unable now to get pregnant. Can't help but think this is all related.

Gas Ex has helped me somethis month as well as laying on the floor with my butt up in the air. I cannot imagine having to go through this for the rest of my life!
