I am an 19 year old male. for the past few weeks ive started gettin really paranoid about my genital health. there is a feeling of burning when i urinate but not all the time. mainly after ejactulation. there always seems to be precum at the tip of my penis which i am not sure is dicharge or not. I have also had stomach pains which come and go some times they are really bad. i am in a long term relationship wheremy g/f and i have regular sex there has been times unprotected but never actually finsihed unprotected sex i have always wore a condom. i am goin to visit the local GUM clinic to make sure but any advise would be great. as you can see im a bit paranoid.
