pain while urinating...side effect from prednizone or alfalfa cleanse?? not sure..l

i experienced one night of pain while urinating...two days after taking several gorilla life alfalfa cleansing drinks. could this be the cause? I also had stopped taking prednizone for a carpel tunnel wrist pain? could that be the cause?
